Blue Earth: Bold & Indulgent

Blue Earth is one of our most sought-after blends, designed for those who appreciate a rich, big-bodied coffee. This specialty blend combines premium beans from Honduras and Peru to create a complex and satisfying profile. 
Flavour Profile: Roasted hazelnut, hints of sweet raspberry, and a smooth dark chocolate finish. 
The Espresso Recipe: Dose - 19g, Extraction Time - 26–28 seconds

Rubia: Bright & Balanced

Our Rubia blend is celebrated for its refined character and vibrant acidity. Our experts recommend enjoying this as a small black Americano or a carefully pulled espresso to truly appreciate it. 

Flavour Profile: Bright citric acidity with notes of apricot and blackberry, finishing with smooth milk chocolate. 

The Espresso Recipe: Dose - 19g, Extraction Time - 27–30 seconds 

Pro Tip: As a lighter roast, Rubia requires a slightly finer grind to extract those delicate fruit notes.

Peruvian Aproccurma: A Rare Single Origin

For the true coffee connoisseur, our Peruvian Aproccurma offers a distinct taste of the Lonya Grande region. Sourced from the Aproccurma cooperative which has grown to support nearly 500 producers, this coffee is a testament to the quality that sustainable farming practices can achieve. Grown on steep mountainsides near the Marañón River, these beans are carefully fermented and dried on solar tents to preserve their renowned quality. 

Flavour Profile: A delightful and unique combination of green apples, currant mix, walnut, and a hint of pineapple juice. 

The Espresso Recipe: Dose - 18g, Extraction Time - 25–27 seconds
