The name of the coffee ‘Xinca Mitú’ was chosen by our Customer Service Team Member! Xinca is a small extinct family of Mesoamerican languages. Formerly regarded as a single language isolate, it was once spoken by the indigenous Xinca people in South Eastern Guatemala, much of El Salvador, and parts of Honduras. Mitú is the most isolated capital in Colombia.
